Born in Brazil, Rodrigo DeMedeiros has been a professional photographer since 1993, when he then relocated to Seattle. He holds a BA in Advertising (University of Brasilia, Brazil) and a AAA in Commercial Photography (through the Art Institute of Seattle). Rodrigo offers an open and bold approach to the images he captures, revealing all the energy, subtlety and beauty of all subjects photographed. Specializing in Fashion, Editorial, Advertising and Travel, he combines style and creativity with that high megapixel expectation. He has worked with clients such as Corbis, Microsoft Surface, TCM Models, The Garrigan Lyman Group, Babolat, and OnRequest Images (as both Photographer and Producer, coordinating complex shoots worldwide for clients like Starbucks, Gevalia, Citibank, T Mobile, and Wells Fargo), to name a few. Rodrigo is also an accidental actor and a stay at home dad. When he is not photographing commercially, he likes to travel abroad and visually document his experiences. His work has appeared in publications and periodicals nationwide and internationally, including San Francisco based CMYK, Seattle Magazine, Japanese PRECIOUS, Tennis Magazine and 425 Magazine - recently named the "Vanity Fair of the Eastside" by the Seattle PI, and to which he contributes regularly.  |
